At least they do say what’s in it. Many products I’ve seen in some seedier parts of the net don’t say anything apart from “contains pheromones”. Well, there’s a lot of good advice on this forum; [Renny’s congruence thread](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/congruence-whats-that/9805) is a good one, I recommend it. It sounds like you are being congruent already when you’re down the clubs, if you “like to flirt”. There is also a lot of PUA/seduction literature out there that can be useful in creating the “total package”, I don’t know if you’re familiar with any of that stuff; there seems to be quite a Venn-diagram intersection between the guys on this forum, the seduction community, and NLP enthusiasts.
