Hi I discovered this forum when someone recommended this forum for [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I’ve been reading the threads and they are very interesting. Im a 22 year old female from Asia. I havent had much luck with love. I cant even remember the last time I went on a date. ☹ I guess it’s because Im an introvert and Im not outgoing. Im hoping to try pheromones to give me that confidence and hopefully guys will start noticing me. I’ve liked many guys in the past but that was it. ☹ What do you recommend I get to get guys to notice me, smile or even chat me up? I was thinking of MX135? Im not sure? Thanks for reading. ---

Hello! Nice to talk to you again! So you are mainly looking for romantic use? Okay!!! I would recommend Instant Shine for starters. Most people get good results with it. It’ll help give you that shine of confidence and good feeling. With the right attitude, it can attract all sorts of faces. 🙂 I’d also couple it with either an Instant Sexiness or [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (preferably this one). MX135 is currently out of stock (I believe)…and it might be harder for a newbie! You can always come back for more though. Good luck! ---

Hey there, I should wait for the girls to chime in here but for the moment i think giving [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A/B a try and instant shine would be a good way to start as they are already good staples in the community. Hi yup Im hoping to meet new guys or at least get the guys I like to notice me or even talk to me. Is confidence enough to get people to talk to me? Or is instant confidence used for me to initiate conversations with them? Why would Mx135 be hard for a newbie? ---

The MX series imho isn’t quite as reliable as the long proven instant series. You can still try it and probably get results, but I’d recommend the Instant bottles for your first time so you can adjust to it well. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Joymojo! Well to get guys to notice you is not that hard. The hard part is to get those shy suckers to come try something. 😛 Confidence is good but you should always ensure you look good and know when to be aggressive and when to put on the mysterious girl. CTTM 2 is crazy good. This always has the guys all over me and gives a good balance of conversation , not all chatty you and the guy you want and go out with can get into deep conversation with this. Thankyou! Im definitely getting the [instant sexiness B](https://phera.com/product/kitten/) for sure now. I think it’s more compatible with my personality. Im still debating the instant shine. I will read more about it. I wanted to get MX135 because it’s like the forum favourite. What about lust after me? The shipping is expensive, so I’ll probably get enough to last me awhile and also once I’ve pased the newbie stage.
