Welcome to the forum, desmond! Although I would love to help you and suggest a few products for you to start with, it would help a lot if you could tell us a bit more about yourself. What sort of personality do you have? How do you act around women? Where do you want to try using the products? (Bars, clubs, work, etc.?) Well currently I’m going to college and I want a product that will work around that setting. My personality is kind of quiet around new people but once you get to know me I’m pretty outgoing and fun to be around. I’m decent looking, definitely not gorgeous or ugly. I have horrible results with girls. I have a girl I’m interested in but I’m stuck in the friend zone with her. I hope pheromones will get her to see me in a different light. ---

I’ve been looking at products and Ammunition caught my eye. I’m looking for something that will help me get out and be more sociable. I need helping being my true self around people. Does anyone know how long a bottle of Ammunition will last? ---

AMMO is great I love using it as a lead in and just overall daily pheromone. for a 30ml bottle it lasts me about 2-3 months. As for your friend zone status I would try to go with some [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and AMMO. Having a higher Androsterone content should help elevate your status and the Androstenone in the AMMO should help give it that extra sexual kick. Overall though if you like the effects, consider buying A314 later on and see how that works for you. ---
