Hey Kee2fit, welcome to the mone forum. Nosey people are ALWAYS welcome around these parts. Just means you’re willing to ask questions AND try to find the answers! 🙂 IO and IH are a good place to start. There was a product here, basically a combination of IO and IH called CTTM and CTTM2 that are no longer made. You can basically get similar effects with a combo of IO and IH. Hi there, mju, welcome to the mone forum! 🙂 Well, yes, mones won’t ‘magically’ turn you into a prince, knight in shining armour, or rock star. You do need to SHOW with your attitude, body language, tone of voice and personality that you ARE the prince, knight in shining armour, or rock star. The mones will provide the chemical signal to support YOU. In many cases, IME, all you need to do is to show confidence, smile sincerely, and speak up!
