Hi I’m Josh. I’m 36 and have been happily married for almost 8 years. I’m looking for something to help bring some spice back to my marriage. My wife and I have a good relationship but we’ve fallen into a sexual rut. She says the same thing. We’ll be very affectionate during the day but our kids are around. Then come bedtime she’s not interested anymore. Hey Josh, welcome aboard! You have some good options here. TUTH would be the ultimate ‘spice things up’ product as it totally can help in the bedroom. That would be my first and foremost recommendation. Ammo is another good one. Not necessarily a spice it up product but it’s fun and flirty so it can still go that way. And [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), this one is a feel good product, so in combination with one of the other two I just mentioned, it can help everybody be in a happy and good mood. ---

I’ve personally found some of the [putative pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/product-category/advanced-pheromones/putative-pheromones/) to work well for ADD-like symptoms but it I generally don’t recommend those products to newbies because they are not covered by the money back guarantee and they are generally for the public to test and report back what they have found them to do. If you feel like you’re willing to take the risk I can search through my journal and find the ones to give you recommendations. Other than that, maybe Instant Shine would be a good option because it tends to put you in such a good and vibrant mood with energy, I find it easy to focus. ---

Hello Josh, Welcome to the community! JDub’s suggestions are good for bringing the spice back into a relationship. I have ADHD - I actually found that P102 really helps me focus. As JDub said though, those aren’t covered by the guarantee so you may want to stick with some of the consumer lines to get a feel for how mones work and how to use them before you experiment with putatives. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum! There is a thread in my signature block that talks about help at home. But the short answer probably lies somewhere between [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and TUTH. Hi Josh, Welcome! I have to go with bosshanks suggestions here. I think the IH will provide what is often much needed which is deep conversations and bonding and often this alone leads to the woman opening up and this alone can lead to more sex. I would actually take a look at the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you would get everything you need to get started. You might spend the same if you get a few anyways and this way you would get everything to try and test and there would be no guess work because you would get everything from the instant line for you to test and see what is really the best thing to use. I will still suggest the best ones to start with. I already suggested the IH and I think it is a must have in any relationship. In addition to that **Ammo** If anything else this one will work great. For attraction and works for day use to not just bars and clubs. This will bring the attraction back for you and is very balanced. **TUTH** Highly sexual and a little goes a long way. So I just received my order and somehow I ordered P108 instead of P102. What is P108 good for? ---

I ordered TUTH and I thought P102, but I’ve gone back through my emails and I did order P108. I just got them today so no testing yet. I may give the TUTH a test tonight, but most likely wait until later this week. My wife is very stressed right now with a work project. I doubt anything will get her in the mood right now. ---

So I tried one spray of TUTH last night and as I suspected there was no response from the Mrs. Like I said previously she has a big project going right now that has her pretty stressed. And as all men in committed relationships know high stress = no sex The one thing that I did notice though was my inability to sleep. I don’t know if it is an effect on me from the TUTH, or something else. It’s entirely possible that it is something else. I have noticed that about a week before my wife starts her monthly I have a night or two of insomnia. My theory with that is the ovulation factor that has me all amped up. She doesn’t agree yet, because she says ovulation occurs in the middle of the cycle. I’ve pointed it out to her for the last two months and my sleepless nights have been 7 to 10 days before she starts. Anyways… the main part of her project is today so I’ll try a little TUTH tonight again to see what kind of reaction I get. Also anyone have anything on P108? I figured out what happened with my order. I had the TUTH and P102 in my cart, then I was looking at the P108 because it was the freebie that week. I added it to my cart while I was reviewing other things to get my order to $100, and when I deleted things out of my cart when placing my order I must have deleted the P102 instead of the P108. I tried two sprays of the P108 this morning when I got to work so I’ll see how today goes. So far I feel pretty good and motivated inspite of only sleeping 2 hours last night. ---

I look forward to your P108 report as it would be the first one I saw! Did you get anything else besides TUTH and P108? With TUTH around the time of the period I found it can irritate a woman, but this may not be your case I am not sure. I would like to be able to help out and any other info you can provide would help. You are not alone as stress is a big factor often in a marriage. Often outside of pheromones I find I have to work a little to get to where I want and my wife often does not say anything, but the little things do go a long way. For example when mine is stresses, I try to give her a foot rub, or cook for her so she can relax instead of worry about us what we will eat that night.
