Hi there,

Welcome to the forum.

Let us help you with some recommendations. Firstly we need to know your objective of using pheromones? There are pheromones for sexual, relationship, respect and so on.
What is your personality? Are you shy or outgoing?
Who are your targets?

Then we can give you better recommendations.
Cheers

Hello and welcome to the forum.

JB and Alex have already told you about the GC so I won’t go into that any further.

To answer what pheros are and how do they work - there are a lot of articles in the Studies and Abstracts section that can go into the subject much better than I can explain it, and here is one from wikipedia:

> **[Pheromone](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pheromones)**

> In biology, a pheromone (from Ancient Greek φέρω (phérō) 'to bear' and hormone) is a chemical that is secreted or excreted by an organism, which triggers a social response in members of the same species. There are alarm pheromones, food trail pheromones, sex pheromones, and many others that affect behavior or physiology. Pheromones are used by many organisms, from basic unicellular prokaryotes to complex multicellular eukaryotes. Their use among insects has been particularly well document The p...

I guess in very simple terms: pheromones are chemicals many creatures (from insects to humans) create. Many if not all are byproducts of hormones. These chemicals have a scent. The different chemicals and scents communicate different things - strong sexuality, do this, do that, etc.. In insects and even other mammals the scents and their messages can very strongly cause definite actions - mating, etc.. In humans these scents are detected by smell though there are different neural pathways used as opposed to say detecting and identifying other scents. In humans these messages are more like “suggestions” due to our higher reasoning. And it is up to you through your social skills to get people to act on these “suggestions”.

I hope this helps a little. Again there is a lot of very scientific literature out there about what pheros are and are not.
