Hi, i’m Michael 21/m. I live in Israel and a few days ago i stumbled upon the topic of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). The whole subject seemed really intriguing and quickly i found myself here!😃 I love programming, video games and in the past month I’ve been getting into pickup as well. Anyways, i didn’t waste any time (I’ve done some crawling on the forums beforehand lol) and bought AMMO IShine and TUTH! What do you guys think about this combo ? ---

Hello kaki23 and welcome! Very nice start and in fact when I first got start those were the very first 3 I got so good choice. What I will do is try and break those down to be able to help you with what you got. **Ammo** Being 21 a little should go a long way. This should be your main one to start with for attraction if this is your goal. I would start with 1 spray a few times and then maybe up it to 2 sprays and this should be about your sweet spot or will be close and the only way to really tell is by testing. This one is very balanced so you can’t go to wrong with it. Whatever you do just don’t come out with TUTH and use this one to build up to the TUTH. **IShine** Will boost your confidence and put everyone in a good mood. This is more a social. What I like with this one is it is good for anything and any environment. I would actually test this one first to really see the power in pheromones as this one will make you believe if you have any doubts. I would test this one solo then after this test the Ammo solo and after this I would actually combine these 2 as this is the very most basic combo you could make and yet one of the most effective I use still till this very day. **TUTH** Highly sexual and at 21 will be very easy to OD. The very best bet with this one is to build a women up with the Ammo or Ammo/IShine setup and when she is more comfortable with you then try 1/2 a spray and go from her. So for you if I had to put together a plan is this, 1. Start with IShine as this one will show you some of the effects pheromones can produce. This one is suitable for any environment and should be one of your most used pheromones. I would test solo and of course start with 1 spray and would try on your throat so you get the great self effects. 2. After you test the IShine move on to the Ammo solo and again start with 1 spray and then when you are ready try 2 and so on. Test in a variety of environments to see what you get. 3. After you test the above 2 solo and got your best dose for each one try combining the 2 together. Now a trick I like to use with IShine is to spray on my hair on top of my head because it will wash out fairly easy unlike the Ammo or TUTH. The top of the head in general has the most body heat and the hair provides a massive spot for diffusion to hit your targets. 4. Then after all of this and if things are going well with a women try the TUTH just stay very low with being 21. Sometimes another trick I use is let’s say your sweet spot with Ammo is 2 sprays, you can try to cut the Ammo back to 1 spray and use 1/2 spray of TUTH and what this will do is make the sexual part more useable because the other ingredients in the Ammo will help make the sexual part of TUTH more useable. I hope this helps you out with what you have. Then when you are ready down the road I would lock at A314YE, IG, and IH to add to what you have. Good luck!!! ---

I like the testing plan that justintime has given you and think it is great. I would have recommended something similar. ---

Pheros do diffuse faster in hot conditions. Humidity also plays a part too - If it gets very humid, the diffusion can begin to slow/fall-off again. Normal practice in hot conditions is to dose slightly lower - as the heat/faster diffusion can increase impact and to shorten your reapplication/topup cycle slightly. Or switch to oils where that’s possible - They cope much better in the heat and you can significantly reduce breakdown/extend life buffering your skin with a small amount of good quality hand lotion before application. Use just the minimum needed to cover your app point and give it a few minutes to settle in to the skin before applying the oil.
