Hi everyone, hoping to look for some fun and enjoyment, hopefully some of the [pheromones](https://a314.com/) may help ! I am 37 from Northern Ireland, looking to help increase attention from the opposite sex and increase my friends which i am hoping this may help with ! Anyone have any suggestions ?. I like the sound of IG and instant shine as it makes you feel better about yourself as well as the people around you ! Hi there, and welcome to the forum, bud! Irish… good, we need some of that stout blood infusion into these forums. 😉 For what you’re wanting to accomplish, to make sure I understand, increase in quantity of friends and attention from the opposite sex, I’d steer you more toward AMMO and IShine. For me, AMMO gets me a ground, confident, sexy man vibe with IShine providing additional feel good vibes with comfort. The sexy confident vibe can be pushed or pulled, confidence to the fore and sexy to the back and vice versa, by your actions highlight more one or the other. You will find your attitude will have a direct effect on how well your mones work for you. You are the steward of your results. Welcome Snake, Sounds like you are looking for the self effects of pheros as well as the effect on others. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) certainly fits the bill. Groovy happy vibes in a bottle! Ammo, not really had much self effect myself but it is certainly very powerful at attracting the opposite sex. As 1Alpha implies, the pheromones just give you an openner, you still need to follow through with your own communication & build relationships from there ---

Welcome to Pherotalk, Snake. You’ve definitely found the right place to learn about pheromones. AD’s products are second to none IMO. I’m going to have to agree with Alpha and Hydro, IS and Ammo is a great introduction into the world of pheromones for attracting the opposite sex. It’s exactly how I started and continue to use both products almost daily. Make sure you wait for your $25 Gift Card to be issue, and in the meantime do as much reading as possible. Welcome to pherotalk Snake, I think the reason you decided on IG and shine is because you did a bit of research. Now,[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great product for attraction and shine is an all around social product that enhances the effect of all products you wear with it so the guys are not wrong for recommending this mix. I do think that if you feel that IG and shine are good for your first trial and your situation then go for it. _ **Your gc was issued!** _
