Hi im 22 male and live in canada. Im on here to test what all this hype is about and if all goes well hope to be a contributing member of the forum! Im a pretty athletic and successful guy in normal standards. But there is a specific somebody I would like to see if this will work on. I know it sounds maybe shallow but I think it’s just to help bring out a better me and I would like to see for myself. I’m also thinking about mixing a314+ammo+IH+tuth+IS based on what ive read. Any tips would be awesome! thanks! ---

You’re gonna OD on mones right off! A314 and AMMO are waaaay too much to go with the natural mones you’re spewing off at your age. TUTH is for intimate moments. IS & IH are cool; they’re good socials. But the mix you’re looking at is way heavy on the -none (which at your age you already produce in considerable quantity, especially as an athlete) and you’d OD you and everyone around you on it. If I may, I would suggest AMMO, IS, and maybe some TUTH for the times you know things are going to get intimate. IH can help start things off if need be, then switch to TUTH later. “Specific somebody” is always good. 😉 ---

Hello YouInc, be welcome to the board ! It´s not only a hype … it´s the truth ! Like Boudica already said and concerning that you describe yourself as athletic you should start with the socials ! A314 is a fantastic product but for guys your age would fit [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) a bit better in my opinion ! Ammo would be cool for you i think but you have to be careful on dosing i think … I do not say to keep your hands off TUTH but this product was designed mainly to get things hotter that are already on ! It´s none with some steering mones and easy to overdose for the young ones … IH and IS is something you should consider to buy first … and i´m sure you´ve already read up on their effects ! In the men´s section are a lot of fantastic stickies about mones .. their effects .. and how to use them ! And you need to tell us a bit more about you .. what´s your personality type … how are things running with this special person you have in your mind … how is she like ? Hi there, Youinc! welcome on board. Boudicca and Pagodeiro have already given you some great advice, as they tend to do. I know it´s very tempting to grab a bunch of products and mix them altogether before going out of the house. I have done it, and i guess almost everybody around here has done it, so it´s unaboidable to some extent. However, if you want to take full advantage of what [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) cand do for you, you need to be disciplined, and test products on their own, at different dosages, before you start to mix them. You can follow this thread to exactly learn how to do it [How to find your sweet spot...](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-find-your-sweet-spot/22146) Also, keeping a journal can be of tremendous help, because sooner or later, you are gonna realize that some product did something for you that you may want to replicate on a certain moment, but you can´t exactly remember which one it was. Anyway, you can´t really know what to expect from pheromones untill you give them a try, so i would suggest you to follow the advice you have already been given for your first purchase: start with socials and maybe some AMMO in a low dosage. Pago, thanks for the info on TUTH. I suspected it was a -none product but wasn’t sure. Now I know. Yeah, that original planned mix is seriously about all -none and would have about the same effect as somebody in roid rage, lol. I DON’T think that’s what he’s looking for! 😉 ---

I see you received some great advise and seeing that you said in your introduction that you really want to better yourself and possibly get assistance in your social status the social products are a good way to go and will help you along the way.
