I know it´s very tempting to grab a bunch of products and mix them altogether before going out of the house. I have done it, and i guess almost everybody around here has done it, so it´s unaboidable to some extent.
However, if you want to take full advantage of what pheromones cand do for you, you need to be disciplined, and test products on their own, at different dosages, before you start to mix them. You can follow this thread to exactly learn how to do it How to find your sweet spot...
Also, keeping a journal can be of tremendous help, because sooner or later, you are gonna realize that some product did something for you that you may want to replicate on a certain moment, but you can´t exactly remember which one it was.
Anyway, you can´t really know what to expect from pheromones untill you give them a try, so i would suggest you to follow the advice you have already been given for your first purchase: start with socials and maybe some AMMO in a low dosage.
