Hi, I’m 51 years young, my wife is 49. Married now 24 years ! A few years ago, Our marriage was in a real bad state. I was 6o lbs. over weight. Real bad depression and just an angry guy. The two of us really disliked one another. I decided I wanted to salvage my marriage. I changed my whole lifestyle. I joined a gym and I work out 5x a week. I was approaching 270 lbs. last April. Now I am 210 lbs, mostly muscle. I started slowly to try to spend more time with her. I would take her out to dinner or a movie, buy flowers or tell her she looks pretty. At first my wife was suspicious. I got my confidence back and after a lot of patience and persistence. The flame in our marriage has reignited. Four months ago I stumbled on [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/).Like most newbies, I made a lot of mistakes. Instead of trying each mone solo, I became impatient and used combos. I now track my wife’s cycle. I know to use A1 or Cohesion when she has her period. My favorite pheromones are AV, \*\*\*\*, A1, Cohesion and Evolve. My wife responds well to them. We went away for our 24th wedding anniversary last week. I used 3- Evolve, 2- A1 and 2 P96. It was the best sex that we had in years. I attribute 95 % to my new change of attitude and life style ! My wife and I have become very close again ! My question is regarding TAC and TUTH. I just received them a week ago. My wife is just about finishing her period. I’m hoping by this weekend to try them out. How much should I apply and to what areas ? I usually never OD. I guess because of my age , I can handle large doses. My wife responds well with large doses too ! Any guidance would be greatly appreciated ! ---

Hi Blue Knight, welcome to the forum and congrats on nourishing your marriage with pheromones! I would start slow with TUTH. 1 spray to the neck, 1 spray to the pubes. TAC, I don’t have experience with. Cheers! ---

Hello Blueknight, welcome! My preferred ratio of TUTH + TAC is 1:4. You don’t mention whether you got the regular or the 2X TUTH, but if you’re using the regular 2,5 mcg TUTH you will need 10 mcg TAC for each spray TUTH (double that, which would be 20 mcg TAC for each spray of the 2X TUTH). You might want to do a search for the term ‘fallout’ on this site if you’re unfamiliar with the concept.. A314 oil combined with several other steering pheromones (like A1, P96 which I see you already have, not in combination though, just A314 + A1 OR P96) can really help cement a relationship with a woman. ---

Hi Scenthound ! I have the 2.5 mcg tuth and double strength [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). I also have 7.5 mcg Tac oil and 25 mcg. tac spray. My spray of P96 is 10 mcg. I have been going with 4 sprays -40 mcg P96 and 314- 3 drops. My wife seems to be responding well ! I have a school function on Saturday. I’ll be sitting next to my wife for about 2 hours in a hot auditorium. I’m planning to use 314 and P96. Do you have any suggestions on adding other mones ? I also have: Tuth, Ammo, P74, P83, P79, A1, Tac , IH, IO and IS. ---

Well, you can always add 10-25 mcg [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) to A314 + P96 for a bit of physical inhibition. P83 also works great with the combo A314 + A1. Then there’s the classic combo A314 + P74 + IH. You should go easy on the P74 though, from what I’ve read, since too much will have an adverse effect on this mix.. Maybe Mobo will drop along and explain this better than I can, I know he’s very fond of this mix 🙂 Finally there’s also A314 + IS. The IS will take some of the serious out of the A314 and lighting up the overall feel, but this is not a relationship mix per se. Try adding the P83 to your A314/P96 mix since you’re already familiar with how this combo works and see if you can notice the difference with P83 added. Should be fun! ---

Should be fun! Thanks ScentHound ! I’m going to give p83 a shot this weekend with 314 and A1. I’ll report back and let you know how it worked for me.
