Hi Mickaelia, thanks for your reply. Where was the certificate issued? I do not see it on my points account at the store only the intro 498. I also don’t have an email with the information.

You should have it in your email that you used to register to the forum. If not, check your spam folder as it sometimes gobbles up the yummy GC!
