I am a 32yr old Hispanic male from East Coast. Medium build, with great personality. So, I’ve been reading the forums for a while now and have seen a lot of great information so I thought maybe I should give this a try. Here is my situation. As I said before I am 32y/o and starting to feel old (I know, I know) I found that out a few weeks ago when I realized I was having some sort of feelings for a female friend, who is about 8 years younger. I have a great personality, I"m very outgoing but introverted at times, some of my closest friends will say I am sometimes intimidating. My friend is very open minded and She knows about my feelings towards her, she seems to be OK with it as we still talk the same way we did before I expressed my feelings and she does ask me a lot of questions about the way I feel about her. Though I know she does not share the same feelings or at least that’s my impression as of right now. Sometimes I suspect there is some attraction but I feel a bit unsecured about that. I wonder if there is anything [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) could do to create a spark or anything in general. First of all I’d recommend ammo. It’s always awesome. Easy to use and generally awesome. Try and avoid heavy androsterone products as that can cause some intimidation. Next, IShine will give you a more youthful appearance to help with the younger girls, as will IO, in addition to helping with communication. Throw on the three of those and you’re good to go! The socials are also great for any occasion. Try wearing IShine+IO around the office. People might like you a bit more Anything else you need just let me know ---

Hi Beldongardel and welcome to the forum! [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) would definitely help you in the attraction department and give you an edge with this girl that you like. Start with 1 spray and try 2 sprays the next day until you find your sweet spot - as sometimes less is usually more. I would then consider buying the socials IO, IH, CTTM2 and IShine as these can be mixed with the ammo to help aid the atraction. These pheros can be bought in togo bottles and along withg your $25GC you will save some money. Mackie ---

Thank you all for your replies. The were really helpful. I ended up placing my first order today. I got some IH, IO, and TUTH. Unfortunately AMMO was not showing availability when I ordered this morning, which is well good in a way since when I ordered my Gift Cert had not been emailed so, I could use those $25 towards the AMMO later on. I appreciate all the input and the welcoming to the community. Thank You All.
