Hey all, Came across this forum today, and I must say I was not productive at work at all today haha I went through a few of the threads and wasn’t expecting such detailed info about “-mones,”! Did not know there was this much to it. A few words about me..I just moved to Texas, male, almost 30. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the different products, so I figured I will go for the starter pack. Wish me luck! ---

hey there, thanks for the reply. I’m definitely an introvert and not a huge attention seeker. Older women have always been attracted to me, because I have always been more mature than my age. I’m looking to draw attention from 20-30 year olds ( i know that may be a broad range), but also won’t complain for any reaction from older haha. I’m a quiet guy, so maybe something to make me and others more open? It usually starts and ends with distant eye contact for me. Also it would be in the bar/lounge setting, possibly mega dance clubs but rarely. Thanks in advance. ---

Hello & welcome to the forum! The started pack is probably a good way to go. It will give you a wide range of products to try. Some of my favorites in the social realm are Ammo, IG, IH and CTTM2. IO certainly has its place but the sheer chatter it generates can be overwhelming but that may be what you are looking for. I prefer the feeling of connection that IH generates myself. Just remember, when you start experimenting that less is often more with these products. Start low and work your way up. Go one product at a time at first. Now saying that, I think all of us have done the “newbie [pheromone](https://a314.com/) overload” at least once lol but in the end you just use a lot of product without a better result. I agree with bosshank. Those are good starter recommendations and also start with less and work your way up. It’s like we feel that if we mix this product and that product we will get the desired effect of both simultaneously but very often that is not the case because each product has a sweet spot.. In the bar/club setting I would suggest TUTH or ammo. TUTH is really sexual so it might not work too well, it is more geared towards one on one alone time. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a very good start, it’s sexy and sexual and fun and people are generally really attracted to you with this one. If you’re quiet, IH, IO, or CTTM2 are good products to not only get people open with you but also you with them. IH is for deep conversations. IO is just for friendly open chatter convos. And CTTM2 is good for opening people up like getting them to approach you for conversation. ---

Hello jwaters063, Welcome! Yes I agree with the starter kit as it does take all the guesswork out of everything. I will just try to add to what was mentioned. I to am in the same boat where older women always want me instead of the younger ones. What I have learned with that age range 18-30 is that they are more tuned in to a more social signature instead of a very heavy sexual/status signature. I would check into [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and think the kit may come with regular Ammo though I am not sure. You may want to ask about this. The difference is the Summer version has 2 extra ingredients in it that is better suited for 18-30 age range. Either way S.Ammo or Ammo is the one to start with. This should end up being your main driving pheromone and base to build off of for your goals and age range of women. After you have you Ammo dialed in, what you will want to do now is test the socials. It is always best to test everything solo so you get an idea of what they do and what is the best dose. I would look at IO as this is an ice breaker and will help people up open including yourself! I would try on your neck area so it works on your also. Pheromones can have great self effects that are often not realized. This way you will get the absolute most out of things. The next one I would look at is IH. Now you **Don’t** want the self effects of this one, because you don’t want to tell all of your secrets, but you want your targets to. This promotes bonding and deep conversations. With younger women they want to feel a more deeper/emotional connection with a guy typically before they open up, so this one will work great for you and your goals. I hope this helps simplify things for you and at least gives you a good starting point to work with. Being more simple will actually get you better results, so 1. Start off with Ammo/S.Ammo 2. I would test IO solo and then IH solo so you know what they do 3.
