Hi I’m in my mid 40’s and currently single looking to return to the dating scene… I’m very interested in any helping aid. Although to be honest I’m skeptical whether pherormones work or not but I’m ready to try ---

Hi there, I saw that you also posted in other topics, but tell us a bit more about yourself (age/sex/location are a good start) and what you want to find in the wonderful world of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). From the limited amount of data you gave us I would say Ammo 2X version since you are not so young anymore, but maybe there is a better mix suitable for you but that requires more information about your personality too. ---

Thats already a good mixture. I generally recommend the 2X for people over the age of 40 since people are giving out less [sensual pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/sensual-pheromones/) at a later age. Adding TUTH is good, but I would use it as steering and keep the Ammo as your baseline. TUTH gives out a rather sexual vibe rather than a sensual, but knowing how Cyprus guys look TUTH can be used reasonably well to enhance that seductive vibe towards the ladies that Mediterranean people are famous for. I would recommend you test it out with low dosage and slowly ramp it up, and don’t go wild directly with the sprays 😉 ---

As you are in your mid 40s and if the women you are interested in dating are of similar age - from 30s and over, then you should strongly consider some A314 as well as it helps project all the mature/status/masculine impressions that an adult woman is generally better tuned-in to compared to a younger one. The oil is the best and most wide ranging version but the /b spray is a good try-out and the extra impact of /a is sometimes very useful when you need to make the biggest impression, fast.
