Hi, I’m in my early 30s and I’m looking for [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) that would give me confidence at work and make me more approachable in social work settings. Hi Gigibelcher, Welcome to the forums. Yes, pheromones can help you in the work place. Many people here have used them successfully. Given your age and temperament, two potential base products came to mind - A314 and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). A314 is the gold standard. It will give you a commanding presence and an aura of leadership. I use this one a lot, and I’ve great experiences with it. To get the most out of A314, however, you have to also step into that leadership persona. This is a good product for people in management or if you want to impress your supervisors for a promotion. Instant Gentleman provides an aura of credibility, dependability, and maturity. It’s a warmer, gentler type of aura than A314. This is a good base product for sales, engineers, or anyone working on a team or group setting. There are many other applications, but these are the ones that come to mind. Of the two base products, Instant Gentleman might be the most appropriate for your situation. Along with IG, I recommend Instant Shine. This will put you and everyone around you in a positive mood. They will also associate their good mood with your presence, which would be a big bonus. This will help your confidence and make you more approachable. I would also recommend Instant Honesty. It will make give you added warmth and improve bonding with your co-workers. They will feel that they can trust you with confidential matters or handling more sensitive assignments. These three products - IG, IShine, and IH - can be used solo or in any combination, depending on the quality you want to accentuate. There is a women’s starter kit and a men’s starter kit which contain different products. Hi. Welcome to the forum. Would recommend you to go with IS alone first 2 weeks. This will help in ur confidence with social settings. After 2 weeks. For work A314 . For social IS snd IO. while at work also u can combine IS OR IO with A314 deprnding on situation. ---

Hi Gigibelcher, Welcome to the site. I would have suggested the same thing as Hankbuddy. I would maybe just add IO. Take a look at the Men’s starter kit as it will have all these items in it and you will get [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) also which is a life of the party mix. The ultimate would be to get the Men’s kit and add CTTM2 which will get everyone talking and very chatty. But if you want to get a few items I would get A314 if it is out of stock get IG instead. Not quite the same but the closest IO, IH(they also have the 5ML Togo bottles to if you are on a budget), IS ---

Thanks for the great suggestions! Yep, I am a woman… I should have added that to my initial list. I work in the finance industry. For the last few years, I’ve had to do presentations in front of smaller groups (5-10 ppl) to larger settings (70+ ppl). I’ve taken classes on public speaking, but I still get incredibly nervous before and during these meetings. I’ll read up on all the product recommendations! ---

I’d suggest you add [Instant Sexiness B](https://phera.com/product/kitten/) to your order. This will give you charm and make you sexy without going overboard. Instant Sexiness A is described by my friend Lillian as fire-truck-red lipstick or something to that effect, best to keep it for later, I believe 🙂. Altough IG would be great for a man fitting the initial description you gave us, it is not intended for women 🙂, so you can forget that one. A314 is in the same field. Some female users had the balls to try it, but I wouldn’t suggest that for a woman just starting out with pheromones. Same for Ammo. Other suggestions that Hank, Justintime and Soni gave you are quite universal and unisex, so you can follow those 🙂. If you choose a starter pack, of course, go for the women’s. ---

Ha Ha a lot of us assumed you were a guy and I apologize for that as the suggestions I gave were for a man. OK for a woman I suggest. I would take a look at the women’s starter kit as it will have all the items you need in it. IS/B This should go ok with work without being over bearing. I have actually been testing this myself as a guy with interesting results and from what I see I think would be ok for work. IO I would get this one for sure. I would wear around the neck area so it works on you to open up and anyone that comes closer to you this will work on to. IH this will help with bonding and deep conversations to. People will tell you everything. A314 Now this is worth looking at as Lillian as a woman is having really great success I think with this. I see her getting more respect and at work getting more projects. I definitely think you should check out Lillians journal. She is having great success with the men’s pheromones and so much in fact it has actually encouraged me as a man to order some of the women’s and start testing them to see what they do for me. But definitely IO, IH, and IS/B ---

Hi Gigi, Everyone has really given you great recommendations so I’ve just popped in to greet you as was done for me when I was new to the forum. It was nice having other women reach out to me to just chat and share with me their experience in the forum. When you have a moment, please do join us in the women’s forum and there is a TON of information that will be beneficial to you in your work. I use mones at work and work with mostly men and they have helped me greatly. For myself I tend to get REALLY nervous when I have to make a presentation, which is usually groups larger than 30. My last two big presentations were maybe ~150-200. I use combinations that have IS/B as a base as it give me confidence and [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) which always makes me feel like a rockstar. For work I’d recommend the women’s wardrobe and support DEE’s suggestion here as well. I’m still trying to figure out MX300 and need to test it again solo. It will give you the assistance of a lot of the foundation of the mones that will do the best for you. You can benefit from the IH in gaining trust and building a deeper rapport with people also. When you are in one on one situations you can really address any concerns people may have. It comes down to how you feel and react with this and it is very true, you have to try them PRIOR to the presentation day. When you are less sure it can actually add to the stress of the presentation if you aren’t as confident in the outcome of the product…better to be sure. ---
