Hi all! Found this site while looking for ways to get an edge in a male dominated workplace. I’m a young woman working in a STEM field, and sometimes I feel like I get overlooked or not taken as seriously as my male colleagues. I also have an interview coming up and am pretty nervous, so I’m looking for a good mix to give me an edge there. I’ve done some reading: it looks like [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) + MX134 is recommended? I will probably be interviewing with both men and women, so would it be best to stay away from IS-A/B? I’m also a scientist, so it will be fun experimenting and documenting results! ---

Tell us more about you And we will help you in best possible way. The social line is best to start wearing your mones. Once you know how they work for you , you may want to advance with rest of products here. For interview tell how you want to come across to the panel So far with my own experience IS, IO IH and MX 300 would be great for you. I would say dont right away start with A314 as this is high alpha , high trust & respect mix for men. Mx300 is the female version of this & will be most appropriate for your goal. You may also want to see Mx 135 When is the interview? If you still have time, go & try wearing mones for some days so you know the self effects. Start with Instant female wardrobe. Thanks for your fast response. I am 26F, in the US. Personality wise, I am a little on the quiet side, with a silly sense of humor. In professional environments, I am logical, goal-focused, approachable, and always open to new ideas. I do get nervous sometimes, so I could use a confidence boost occasionally. I’ll be interviewing for a mid level technical position, so I want to come off as intelligent, creative, competent, and assertive in my interview - someone they can trust to work well both independently and in teams. And of course I’ll want to be warm and develop a rapport with the interviewers. I will be interviewing with both men and women. I’m well qualified for the position, so I just want that extra boost. I will probably end up getting IS, MX300, and IH for now. (A little worried that IO will make me or the interviewer less focused/more rambly, because I do ramble sometimes!) Does that sound good? Should I get the [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) or the Unscented? I still have a couple of weeks, so I’ll test the mones at my current job before the interview. Great! so thanks for giving details. So after knowing what i would suggest is get the female wardrobe first And test your base with Isa or Isb. Based on your results you will find your best fit. To come across as trustworthy IH is best bet. To avoid rambling just use small dose of IO. This helps people ease out & be comfortable . ( of course you have time to test this for yourself and find your sweet spot) To boost confidence - Mx300 To build rapport -I would say if you can get P97. This will make the conversations smooth & flowing & creates vibe of long term understanding. Welcome coronene! I also suggest the **Female Wardrobe** as well for testing. This way you get a pretty complete kit and I would look at adding the MX300 to this and you would have everything you need to get started and your interview. I am a big fan of the stealth series, but I almost always use a cologne cover scent as well. For you I would probably get everything in the standard [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) as it settles really nice and light enough for any environment. I agree with Gracious and the very best bet is the Female Wardrobe and add the MX300 and you will get the free shipping and possibly the weekly freebie also. You would have a complete set and everything you need for your goal and outside of work to. Gracious has a golden mix which I actually had my wife test to and it worked great! If you are curious how these things effect My partner Jdub and I created a journal and the link is below in pink and is worth checking out. A few of the women have been helping us including Gracious to. For the interview I am thinking of something like MX300 IShine IH Something like this. CTTM2 is also a great option as well, it is just not in the kit. If you don’t get the CTTM2 I would try maybe 1 spray of IO to 2 sprays IH because you want to open the interviews up, but you want thing to be more meaningful and not just random chatting. Thank you for the nice compliment, this is what drives me is helping others! If you need any help out at just post or you can PM if you have any questions and I will respond.
