Hi I am a 56 year old single male living in Arizona. Would anyone have advise as to which products to use or which combination of products to use? I am currently dating a few women and would like to spice things up a bit. Thanks, John (jps359) ---

Hi John. Welcome to the forum. At age of 56, your natural production of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) would be on lower side. So u need a bit higher doses of what ever u apply. But its always better to start with lower doses and then while increasing dose know your sweet spot. Since you are already dating few, it would be better to expose them with heavy AMMO +IG . Ammo will eork as magnet while IG will send a mild alpha and status signal . Which womens above late 30s likes a lot. When things goes upto bedroom expose them with TUTH. this will give them sense of satisfaction and remove last minute hesitations. Keep posting and let is know about ur experiments. Take care ---

Hi Jps, Welcome to the forum! I’d also suggest you try out A314. This one give a confident alpha male vibe that often times increases the attraction of the ladies. It will also increase the respect you get at work or with the guys, and I find this one to be of great value. The Introductory pack is a great place for you to start with. Welcome jps359, What parts of AZ are you in? I am in Safford and Globe area. For dating and your age the 1st thing I recommend is IS. It will give off a young healthy male vibe. It is also is a great confidence booster and mood enhancer. 2nd would be TUTH and probably 2X. This is purely sexual but as we age androstenone levels are lower and woman in this age group respond to much higher levels than when they did when they were 20 or 30. Look in some of the journals to you will find a lot of good information there. ---

You should probably start with the TUTH 2XStrength, specially if the ladies you are dating are on the same age level you are in. I used to camp a lot on Mt. Graham in the Safford area. Thanks for the advice and will give them a try. I currently use TUTH and just ordered AMMO 2x.
