Hey I’m Rachel and I’ve been lurking on this site for the past few days and I’ve finally gathered courage to start my phero journey! I already know what I want, but for the travel sized phero bottles, how long does it last? I know it’s one spray per day…😕 ---

Hi, I don’t always use one spray a day, but I don’t use them everyday. I go for 2 or 3 sprays two or three times a week. A travel bottle contains 40 sprays. It can last up to two months. What blends are you looking at? ---

So do you just shower 2-3 times a week or does the effect naturally wear off? ---

The effect ends the same day. The blends last varying lengths. IS is about 3 hours of feel good for me. The effects do change your personality and I’ve learned new ways of thinking and behaving from wearing [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). ---

Hi, it seems like I need to introduce myself more for the GC…so: I’m a 19 yo college student. We were actually studying pheromones in bio when I decided to randomly google pheromones & now here I am! LOL. I’m really excited to try pheromones, can’t wait to see how I’ll affect people 🙂. Also, if I try to mix products, would it be like one spray of IS on the wrist, another spray of IH on the neck…etc? ---

Reintroduction Hey everyone I’m rachel & im a college tidebt. I already introduced myself on the thread but I guess I’ll do it again bc I didn’t get my GC yet? I’m curious about pheromones bc I feel like they will change my life for the betern(ex: more friends). Does anyone how you mix different sprays? Like do you just spray IS on the wrists & IO on the neck & count that as mixing? Idk lol ---

HI ixpinkroses! Welcome to the site. What I would do to simplify things is to look at the **Female Wardrobe** as it would have the IShine and IO plus IH and the [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A and B also and is a complete kit to get you started. There is not set number of sprays per day or how much to use. What you will want to do is shower like normal to so don’t worry there. With IShine I would start with 1 spray to start and see what you think and work up from there. I usually get somewhere around 4-5 hours out of this one but usually closer to 4 hours. The key with them is just to make sure you apply somewhere that gets body heat like neck, wrist, inside elbows, or any other place that is a pulse point is usually a good place. What I do is wear the ones that I want to effect others more on my wrist and elbow area and the ones I like the self effects more like IShine I wear closer to my neck area. As far as mixes go I would actually start with IShine first and see what you think. The real key is to test all of them solo first before making any mixes. You seem to be looking for more social mixes so after you test them individually I would try IShine on your neck area and then maybe some IO on your wrist area. This setup should help open people right up to you. If you are using around friends and people you know already I would use IH instead of the IO for more a bonding/deep connection with people. ---
