And what kinds of things were you thinking of using pheromones for? Work? School? Romance? Sex? Everyone is different, and so are their needs. I will recommend Shine, IO and AMMO. Shine will boost your confidence to approach girls. It can counter your nervousness. IO will give you an edge in approaching girls. It will open up the girls and make them want to talk to you. AMMO will add the attraction. They wil be attracted to you. It has a mild sexual attraction too. Good luck ---

David, jamesbonded’s suggestions would be perfect for you, Ammo, Instant Shine, and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). But I am thinking maybe a dab of A314 would help with the nervousness/confidence thing, though it is a bit pricey. ---
