I have always been interested in pheromones and how different scents affect us. I have been wanting to order some and try them and I just order Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty. Now, how should I use them? I know they are not magic, but here’s the situation that I would ideally like to use them in: I have been seeing someone for a couple of months and we were really falling in love. But he just recently broke it off because he got scared of his intense feelings. I will see him in a few days to “talk”. Any suggestions on how I can use these products to my advantage?! ---

Hi there. Mind telling us a little about you? It’ll help ensure your gift certificate wings its way to you. Just a bit about yourself will do: whereabouts you’re from, what age-group you’re in, maybe something about your personality (different pheros can suit different personality-types) Instant openness should help to get him to talk, and the instant honesty should get him to tell the truth. I think it’s best to give a few sprays of instant honesty to your hair so that you’re not getting too much of it. A couple of sprays of instant openness to your front should do the trick. Pulse points are good because it helps with diffusion, so I reckon anywhere you’d apply perfume would be ok. Maybe leave off shine for now, don’t want to do the newbie baptism Just don’t expect wonders, sometimes it takes a while to get your phero signal just right ---

Hi, welcome to the forum. You just spray them on yourself like cologne. Your choices are great, but as Clara says, you need to tell us a little about yourself. Are you shy or outgoing? Oops! Sorry! I live in Mississippi and just recently got divorced after 12 years of marriage. I am now a single mom of four kids! (yes, you read that right, FOUR!!) I’m going to school full-time to pursue a BS in Secondary Education. I can be shy at times, but I am usually pretty out-going. My friends say I can, at times, be the life of the party! I do have some confidence issues, but most of that comes from being in a somewhat abusive marriage. I am in my mid-thirties. I suppose my goals with these products are two-fold: I would really like to try to salvage whatever is left of this relationship and continue seeing this guy. His last marriage ended 2 years ago with him being very hurt and betrayed. This, no doubt, contributes to his being scared of how serious our relationship was getting. My other goal would be to be able to have more engaging and meaningful conversations with friends and if this relationship doesn’t work out, I would like to be able to try and meet someone else when I am ready. But right now, I am totally head-over-heels for this guy and want to try to ease his fears since I know he cares for me deeply AND cares for my kids too! ---

Hey there Pollywolly, and welcome to the forums! I see that you already did a great job for your first order. All of those products are actually well-suited for what you want to use them for. So kudos to you! And kudos to you for finding a guy thats great with the kids! Since i’m one of 3 kids in a family with divorced parents, i’ve seen first-hand that that’s not always an easy thing to do. I’m surprised you had the time in your day to even get on the internet, you busy woman you! 😛 Well, let’s see here… Instant shine would be a great product to wear when you’re feeling a bit low on the confidence, as you said can happen sometimes. It gives off a “healthy glow” to others and some find it gives them a bit of a confidence boost as well. It’s very light and a pleasant scent, in my opinion, so can be worn just about anywhere. Instant Honesty and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) are a great tag team of products, since instant openness makes the people around you feel more chatty and approachable, while instant honesty helps create a deeper, meaningful connection and the conversation that follows from that. Both would be great for your date with this guy of yours and hopefully could get him to admit why he broke it off with you. After that, it’ll be alot easier to discuss what to change or mend to get back together. 😉 I would mostly go with Clara on her suggestions, except i would change them to Instant Honesty sprayed in your hair, Instant Shine on each side of your neck, and Instant Openness on your wrists. Wrists are a great place for pheromones you want to affect the people near you, while neck is great for affecting you too. I’m not sure of the doses for a woman your age, but im sure someone will be along shortly to give you a good idea of what to start with. Cheers! ---

Hello Polly. Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Now how to use your currant products, You layer them, I would stick to IH and Ishine for this meeting with him. Perhaps some [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) if you have time to get it. I will go over that below. IO is more fun friendly chatty and I think you need something deeper for this meeting which IH is. Not only good for communication but brings a feeling of comfort connection and trust. If you have a chance though test them out one at a time before you see him to get a feel for them, your dosage and best application points. I like IH in my hair and to the back of my neck. Ishine I usually spray to my chest and front of my neck. I use IH to the back as to not effect myself as I am very open as it is and I could shock the hell out of someone LOL Now onto what you should get with your GC, I am thinking one of the Instant sexiness products will help alot. There are 2 kinds A and B. A is a more strong sexy independent alpha women vibe. B is more kittenish soft girly sort of “take care of me” I am thinking A would be better for your situation but you know him so decide which you think he will like. Usually we go for the one that matches ourselves the closest though when it comes to men we are already involved with. After all he was attracted to you already this will just enhance that. Hi polly, Looks like your off to a good start, 🙂 I would still go with the combo I suggested to start out. Give it time to do its thing. I know they say instant on the bottle but all people dont respond instantly. Especially those who know us well. They need a few exposures to process the new feelings they are experiencing when around the new signature.
