Hi all, I’m an 18 year-old-male from Australia. I started reading about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) the other day and wound up here and I must say I am very intruiged. I’ve just finished my 1st year at university and I spent alot of time with a particular female friend of mine. While we’re quite good friends, I’m hoping to take it further with her. I have quite a shy personality and am also not very tall and it often feels like I lack presence. I’m hoping to find something to give me a bit of an edge. I’m totally new to pheromones and any advice for a first-time purchase would be greatly appreciated! I’m not sure if it has any bearing, but I am half Australian and half Filipino. Hey Lemon, welcome to the forum! 🙂 So you said a few things, after a certain girl, and your shy.. There are a few things to help with the shyness, the social pheromones, which are like Instant Shine, Instant Honesty, Instant Openness. Those will get you comfortable talking with people, and also help the other person feel good talking to you. Hi lemon Well with you female friend I might say [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) might be a good choice. She might see you as more than a friend their is a sexual side with Ammo but you are young so start with one spray than work your way two. You produce alot of none at age 18. You are at a university so you might want to try a social like Instant openness or CTTM 2 mix for getting the conversation going. ---

Hi there, Welcome to the forum. You can try Ammo. It is an attractant to make her attracted to you. It has a mild sexual attraction too. IFM is also good to make her comfortable, calm and relax beside you. This make her closer to you. Have fun ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Hmmmm why am I getting the A314 vibe. I have a… lets call it, a uncanny way of accurately choosing products for people that will fit there needs. Your shy which would push me away from A314 but somehow I know its what you need so I am going to suggest you consider it. I suggest Ishine with it and some IFM or IO Ih and IG would probably keep your in the friends box with her so avoid those for now.
