# Hi there, new here. Have a few questions...

Kyle,

It depends on what you want from pheromones.

If you want Alpha respect A314 is a good choice.  
Turn up the heat (if used correctly) and Ammo may help with the sexual attraction.  
However, if you’d like to feel open and draw people to you, perhaps [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty would be best.  
For the fun youthful vibe try the mix Instant Shine.

I have used Chikara. It smells ok but I did not observe any results. Do a search on chikara and you will find other discussions here.
