i’m 28, male and from new york. just curious what [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) are all about. noticed the poll that instant shine and a314 were the favorites. are these the ones i should start with?

Hello dmcx, welcome!

Those 2 products are great! You will see the results from ishine real soon, it doesn’t take any time to notice that everyone near you and yourself are all very happy and in a good mood all the time with ishine 🙂

A314 however, requires more attention to see some results. Those are mostly long term, so maybe you won’t notice anything the first few times. But a314 gets you a lot of attention when you speak and a lot more respect most of the time. Just a little hard to notice

IO would be great and easy to get results too. I really like this product since it makes conversations and chatting very easy and flowing. People wont stop talking to you 😃

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I really recommend you start with Instant shine or IO. They are what we call social products and can be worn at any time. They are often also the easiest to see results with and thus learn to work with.

A314 is more of a work product although it can have some social uses. It is a little complicated and is kind of a two-edged sword so to speak. While it does give off a heavy respect vibe it often comes at the price of distance unless you use a social product with it.
