Hi and welcome to a friendly forum! Ammo - lots of us find it useful as an attractant. If you’ve already got a long term partner you might want to try TUTH too. Make sure you put some effort in too - mones will work with you, not do the work for you! You also mention [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)…I, and a lot of others I think, use this with lots of mixes. Good luck. And let us know how you get on. ---

thanks for the warm welcome Steve I’m not in a long term relationship, thats what I’m looking for trying this aproach do you think it will work on club and so dating scene?..I’m a little shy in nature so I guess by what I read on this forum Instant shine will boost my confidence while [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) will help with opening the avenues to the bed..hehehehe thanks in advance and I will keep informed on the results ---

For shyness you might light to try IO too. It won’t make people talk to you but I find if I have IO on and start talking to people then conversation comes back very easily 🙂 IH I find can add depth to it too. And yes, instant shine I find gives a nice “glow” of happy! ---
