39 years old and just getting back into the dating scene after a 17 year marriage. I’m slow to warm up until I get the 2 drink minimum covered 🙂. I’m pretty fit for my age and always get told I’m cute, but being introverted is dragging me down. HELP please! What should I be looking for here? Thanks!! ---

I’d say the IG or A314 to get you out of the Introverted and more into the man in charge vibe. A314 is more of a master and commander vibe and the IG is more of a cool alpha male, though from what I’ve read, more geared toward younger men, early to mid 20’s. From what I’ve gathered, it will still get you an alpha vibe, just not as in you face, as A314. I’ve tried Instant Shine and have had positive results in all around ‘feeling good with life’ kind of way. Instant Honesty will get you more of a ‘I _want to_ share more intimate thoughts with you’. You’ll put off a more, I can be trusted lets really talk vibe. Mind you, A314 takes a while to get to that point of M and C of all things, vibe, in self effects and effect on others. But, you do have to put up your own attitude and personality. The mones will amplify what you have. They’ll put out the vibe, I’m top dog, in case of the A314 as an example, but if your a wall flower and don’t speak up, your not in congruence with your mone. Welcome to the forum. Pheromones aren’t going to make you more social, that’s something that you’ll have to work on yourself. There’s plenty of great resources throughout the forum and elsewhere that discuss things like that. Mones can definitely help give you an extra boost though. I would recommend Ammo, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), and Come Talk to Me 2. Ammo is very well balanced and contains status raising, sexual, and social molecules. You might want to think about double strength since you’re a bit older. Instant Shine makes people around you feel good and can put them (and even you) in a better mood. CTTM2 balances more intimate, trusting social molecules and more talkative molecules to help not only break the ice but build deeper rapport. If you can give us a bigger or more detailed target of your expectations, it’s even easier to suggest mones. CTTM2 I’ve been told is good as well, which includes IO and IH in the mix. The Store is out of stock. I know because I’ve also requested to be notified when it becomes available!!! IO and IH combined are a good substitute for the CTTM2. Until its back in stock! I’m okay with being social, it’s just that initial hurdle that I can’t seem to clear and I’m thinking this might be just enough boost to get me over. I guess I’d better warm up the credit card! ---
