Well I have an outgoing personality with people i know, but i have difficulties in the beginning, such as approaching people, and introductions. I am training to be a Personal trainer/Fitness Model. I don’t think that Im as open as I wanna be and I have often been told people find me somewhat intimidating when they approach me because of my size. Also when I around some people I don’t feel like I can be myself, so i tend to act according to the standard to avoid any judgement. ---

I’m thinking you may want to try instant openness if you want to be more talkative with those around you. Also instant shine will help give you a positive cheerful vibe, definitely useful when working with weightlifting clients. You could try using ammo for a sexy social vibe but I doubt you would need to use much of it, and wouldn’t be that useful at the gym. The ingredient that gives off that sexy vibe is none, and your already producing alot of it at your age. So if you do try it, you probably won’t have to use as much and you would want to use it with IS and IO to make sure your still approachable! Hi thanks for joining PheroTalk. In normal situations Mickaelia, one of our forum hosts, would stop by and personally welcome you, but she has been out the last few days. I’m sorry that nobody else has been able to swing by and welcome you properly and offer you personalized assistance. I’ve been doing my job and Mickaelia’s for the past three days and I guess everybody else was just to busy to help out ☹. With that said I am gathering the information to issue you your GC to your registered forum email address. You should check your SPAM box, as it sometimes has a way of ending up there. I totally appreciate your patience in this matter. While it would have been super-awesome for others to step up to the plate and offer assistance, it didn’t happen for whatever reason. Please do not let this influence you as to the community we actually are. In the meantime if you don’t see your GC by end of the day today, please send a PM to Mickaelia to look into it when she returns. I’m really unsure when that is going to be, but hopefully soon. I will not be able to answer any PM’s about missing GC’s until I am caught up with the regular ones. This can seriously take a week so it would be better to contact Mickaelia. I will do my best to help out though 🙂. I have one of the busiest PM boxes on the forum and asking for personalized help via PM, will just be met with a reply to post it on the forum.
