Hi, I’m a female college student from Chicago and I have been reading about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for a while. I tried out some samples and noticed that they made social situations more relaxed. I am a person who fights against a tendency to be shy and I’m hoping pheromones will help me. ---

Hi Rad and welcome to the forums! It’s great to see more women joining here! If you tend to be a little shy and want something to add to your confidence you might want to take a look at Instant Shine and Instant Sexiness. I’ve found Instant Sexiness really helps my confidence and the Shine just makes people happy to be around me. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) might be worth taking a look at too, as well as Instant Honesty as they both help with communication. Openness tends to be chatty and Honesty aids deeper more meaningful conversations. A number of people here have remarked on personal development aspects of having used pheromones. Many of those changes last much longer than the pheromones do on your skin. ---
