# Hi there!

I’ve only recently discovered that pheromones are even real. I’m a moderately attractive 17 year old male. I really would like to find out what kind of pheromones I should use to be more confident and respected with my peers. Attraction is also an aim, but not necessarily a primary objective. I read a good bit about the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), Instant Openess, and A314. I know that A314 isn’t really for beginners, but what about the Instant products? Are there more products to consider? I appreciate any and all help. 😛

Hello and welcome!!

Based on what you said I think you should look into the following:

IS: great for moods and confidence  
IO: great for helping people open up  
For your age the alternative of A314, IG: Similar to A314, but good for the younger crowd  
Ammo, 1 spray. You at 17 produce a lot of sexual [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), so you need to be care not to OD. 1 Spay of Ammo will be great for you.

MikeMan has made some perfect suggestions for you. Definitely start with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), which will give you an aura of confident coolness and maturity, without coming off as “old”, lol.

Instant Openness will help with approach anxiety and confidence, it relaxes both you and those around you, conversation will tend to flow much more easily and comfortably.

Instant Shine is a great mood booster, it will give you a happy glow that others will want to be around.

These products also work very well in combinations, though you do need to use them individually at first to get the feel of them and to understand what each one does.
