Hi Mickaelia, Well, I originally found this forum out of curiosity, i got a newsletter from a parfume shop where i placed some orders a long time ago, and they were featuring a new cologne with pheromones in them. So, i started crawling the web for information if that really works, and ended up here. I am in my mid-twenties, and a somewhat introverted guy… i am usually having problems connecting to new people, especially women, and generally a little socially awkward. Things go much better though once i get to know people better - that stage is sometimes hard to reach though when i leave a mixed first impression. I usually avoid going to parties because it mostly results in me sitting around all by myself, or only with people i know. I hope to learn how (and if) to use pheromones to improve on that situation 🙂 ---

Hello and welcome, from one introvert to another I’ll make a recommendation based on my own experiences. Instant Shine and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). The first gets me out of my shell and gets me a bit more outgoing, the second makes me feel a bit like James Bond and gets people engaging me more, together they help people initiate conversations with me. You could also toss in Instant Openness to get conversation going and go from there. If you wanted to stick more to women you could substitute the Instant Gentleman for Ammo. ---

Thanks ryan, I was already considering Ammo, IS/IO/IH, so that reinforces my assumptions. Also i just came up with a second situation where pheromones might be able to help. There’s a girl at work with who i spend a lot of time with, we are both very talkative with each other, joke around a lot, and generally have a good time at work. Any pointers on what products could help me to find out if there’s potential for more? ---

Welcome Jonathan, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie. We are short staffed and these gift certificates are done manually. It takes a great deal and I am back logged. I am hoping that when I catch up on my work, I can start answering these intro threads the way I use to In fact, I am hoping that soon, someone more experienced than me can come in so I get to do what I am great at, customer service. Everybody here is very much used to the odd naughty joke, regardless of gender. P83 seems to be out of stock though, is there something else that could replace it or replicate the effects somewhat? Might [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) be worth taking a look at? Also, thanks for the gc mickaelia! ---
