# Hi :) This is my introduction and my story

Hi Tyler,  
Chikara is one of my favorite scented [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/), but I have to say the results are pretty ordinary as well. For attraction, Ammo is a far greater product in my opion. So far as application is concerned, a spray to the neck and chest, plus the wrists normally does the job for me. Some also like a spray in their hair. Occasionally I will mix in some of the instant social range to assist with relationship and rapport building.
