Hello! I’m a 19 year old male university student living in upstate New York. I am rather new to the world of [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I started with a product called pherMAX, and they did not work at all for me. No change happened. Recently I decided to give them a shot again, and I’m doing more research lately. I’m deciding between Chikara and Pherlure. I’ve heard great things from both, and also not so great things so it seems rather controversial. My goal with pheromones is to get some type of wonderful reaction to come from that special someone. Can anyone help? Thanks! ---

Hi Jazzysax - Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 Well it looks like you found your way here via the route of lesser pheros. From what I’ve understood, Phermax & Pherlure are generally regarded as scam products. Chikara is different however and quite a few posters here have discussed it at length - I’ve got the impression it is not the easiest phero to use? You also need to remember that a “wonderful reaction” is usually not just a response to pheros - you need to adopt appropriate attractive behaviour as well - Saying that, pheros can make it a lot easier. As you are 19, you will probably find the socials - IS, IO, IG & IH most useful and possibly small amount of the more sexual [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) . IS - Gives a happy/good to be around feeling. IO - Promotes flowing conversation. IG - Adds a smooth, status vibe. IH - Promotes closeness & bonding. Ammo - Is a balanced social/sexual formula containibg none. You would need to test this to find your effective dose. Remember that women your age are generally responsive fo a lower level of none compared to older women and you are probably producing a fair bit already. ---

Thanks For your reply, and letting me know about the scams. From what I am getting at, it seems that the Chikara would be too advanced for me to use for my age. I’m sorry if I was a little vague with that “wonderful reaction.” This to me is a secret operation because I don’t want my roommate knowing I’m looking to attract women. So to start, I want women to notice me. It seems like I am always the one starting the conversation with them. I would like the opposite to happen, because I believe it will increase confidence. When I was a kid, this happened, but something happened during high school, and it seem to turn the other way around. Does that change your recommendation as far as [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/), or would it still be the same? ---

Welcome to the forum. I’m not very knowledgeable about Chikara since I have not used it but I have heard fairly good things from some of the members here. As Mobocaster mentioned, Pheromax and Pherlure are considered scam products. Regarding the Androtics Direct products that I have used, I think Ammo, Instant Openness, Instant Shine, and [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) would be the best for what you’re looking for. If you were just going to get one product, Ammo would be it. It’s equal parts sexual/attractive, social, and status. It’s very well-balanced and can not only help women find you more attractive, it can also make them more likely to approach. Now if you’d like to build upon those effects, Instant Openness will heighten the social aspect. Known by some as the “ice breaker” pheromone, it tends to make people more talkative and even more likely to approach and/or start conversations with you. Instant Gentleman will heighten the status effects and help you seem like more of a cool guy then you already are. Then there’s Instant Shine, which is a little different from anything contained in Ammo. It helps put people in a better mood and a smile on their faces. It’s a great addition to any product or mix. Just make sure you try each product on it’s own first so you can get an idea of what it does and the best dosage is for you. Good luck and have fun.
