Hi, I have just come out of a very long term relationship and my confidence is at an all time low (she made sure of that) Coupled with the fact I tend to be a little shy when meeting new people especially women that I find attractive and I do not know, doesnt really bode well for meeting someone else. I do not know anything about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) (and how they work (some people claim none of them work) so I was wondering if anyone can recommend a product(s). I have looked on this forum but there are so many products/mixes that I really dont know where to start. Thanks for any help you can give me.😕

well, i can help you decide which ones to start with, they should provide both an answer to “do pheromones work” and “am i capable of being confident again so soon.”

that would be instant shine.  
probably Ammo, depending on your age, and IH.

if you get some of these in to-go sizes, you can try many and not break the bank .

eventually you will want them in full size though anyway 🙄
