I usually spray at least a spray or 2 of instant shine on my neck so that the pheros can easily get into my nose. There are obvious self effects (for me at least) when i do this. The wrists are nice diffuser points and you can wave your hands around when you talk to diffuse them better :] (dont be stupid with it though LOL u might get looks).

Hair is nice too but never spray [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or TUTH in there because they contain a molecule that won’t wash out of your hair very easy. Instant shine goes well in the hair.
