Hello Everyone, I am a soon to be 32 yr old male living just outside of Los Angeles, CA. I’ve always had self-confidence issues, being labelled as the “nerd” in school due to my good grades. This carried on into adulthood although I’ve been working on improving it. Although some may perceive me to be confident person (at work mostly), I still find in other social situations that my confidence suffers tremendously. I really don’t know much about pheromones and only came across your forums today. I find the subject fascinating from the articles I have read so far. I must admit that I am still at that skeptical stage having not tried and therefore not being able to see the effects of using pheromones yet. What I hope to get out of this? I hope to make things easier for me to interact socially with others, which will in turn hopefully boost my own confidence. It would be nice if women came and talked to me for a change…for women to show at least a bit more interest. I’ve been told that I am a good-looking guy (although I usually don’t believe people when they say that), but track record shows (in my eyes at least) that women do not seem to show any interest, and if they do, I never know. This of course brings my self-confidence and self-worth down. Hey NoiNoi, Great to have you here man! Ok I have used A314 and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and it works real well. Plus being good looking will boost the effectiveness of your pheros (only thing to look out for is your personality/behavior). I recommend To-Gos if you are tight on cash so you can have more choices to try for less amount of cash. But by all means go full bottle if you like what Androtics offer. Have fun! Kai ---

Welcome to the forum, noinoi. Sorry your school life caused such problems. I also was called a nerd in middle school because of good grades, and because I didn’t play football or ride four-wheelers like everyone else (not saying that there’s anything wrong with these activities, just that it’s the reason I was labeled the way I was) but eventually I think they realized that I was going to come out on top in the grand scheme. Keep reading articles. Some people, myself included, have resolved to read the entire forum from the bottom up. It’s a great source of information, and introduces you to all the most experienced users. Keep working on your self-confidence. Some of the gurus around here could probably give you advice on self-improvement courses or CDs and help you with that. How would you like to use the pheros? Do you want to interact socially with others in a friendly sense, or are you looking to go out to clubs and the like? Welcome noinoi\_69! A314 and Instant Shine will help boost that confidence of yours. Not only will others treat you more respectfully, buy you’ll also get some great effects from these products. As for attracting women, I’d say try Ammo first. I don’t think Turn Up the Heat would be very congruent with your timid personality. It may send out confusing vibes. Its a pretty potent mix that should be used carefully and probably only in those situations that you know will lead to sex. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) will give a more “friend” kind of vibe than Ammo will. You said “I’ve been told that I am a good-looking guy (although I usually don’t believe people when they say that)”. You’ve got to “own it”. Pheros won’t do everything for you. By the way, [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) will not necessarily make women come and talk to you out of the blue. However, if you play your cards well, it will make them more likely to become and stay interested in you. They say on the forum that it’s 90% you and 10% pheromones, but that is enough to give you the edge you need. Read the stickies in the men’s section, and whatever else catches your interest. ---

hi noinoi\_69, welcome to the forum. I was in not a dissimilar boat to you, quite “socially attractive” but not getting the results with females that I want. I am just a newbie myself. But the funny thing is I have been getting lots of IOIs recently and I even feel that I want to wait rather than go chasing them all blindly, I have become quite picky. A314 will be good for you I think, because you are of the age and background where it can work wonders if you work at it, and learn to portray the alpha body language and stuff as well. You don’t have to go overboard and act like an emperor or anything, but just act like you know what you are doing and where you are going. As you do this in the workplace anyway, you should get good feedback with A314 which will cascade into other areas of your life. Perhaps add some Ishine so as you don’t scare people off so much as appear like a guy who people look up to. Maybe TUTH and maybe Ammo, something with a bit of -none in. It takes a little getting used to, wearing -none. But you may find the drive from it is ideal to give you that edge. -None makes me feel more selfish I find. Now this is not necessarily a bad thing, if one acts smart about it, and figures out ways to express yourself that don’t alienate others. And looking after your self-interest need not clash with the interests of others at all. Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 My mother always told me, be nice to the nerds in school because they usually are just late bloomers and grow up to be really hot. I would say in 90% of the cases she was right. I think you made some good product choices. I would go with the IG over the A314 and use it with a social like either IO or IH.
