Hi. I first joined in July but didn’t buy any thing since i was not a believer. I’m a 36 year old male from Florida..wanted to know more about “shine” how it effected other people and what can it do for me… ---

I am an outgoing person, get alone with others..Was thinking about using the product at work. It is stressful there and i am hoping to see people around me “shine” and feel better. Also i hope it can help me relieve my stress..Would it work? ---

What kind of stress is it? Lack of communication or miscommunication? Or is it more of a lack of respect? Or is it just a really tough job that stresses people out due to the nature of the work? If you don’t mind sharing a bit more detail about the situation, then there maight be oth prosucts that can help as well, alone or in tandem with the Instant Shine. Don’t worry, because the $25 gift certificate will cover the cost of 2 to-go sized phero products, so if you have to pay anything at all, it might just be very minimal. ---

It is a very tough job..Team is great but the stress level is high..i guess a little help to make situation more relaxed would help..Also, more openess from people would not be a bad thing… ---

Welcome to Pherotalk MCR! You got some good info from cherub and sillykitty. Whenever there is a team and there is a lot of stress it means something is wrong. Either they are not pulling their weight and it’s falling back on those who are or lack of communication. [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) are not magic, you can definitely use certain products to reorganize to ensure things run smoothly but persons still are not co operating then there will always be unnecessary stress. Instant shine is good for relaxing you and getting others to be drawn to this happiness. Yes, it can get contagious. Instant honesty is also good for communication, you will want to get the team to understand certain things need to be done or come to you so you guys can take away the knots for a smoother working environment.
