Hi everyone I just joined this forum in order to obviously get a $25 coupon, but i also wanted advice on which spray or combination of sprays would work best for me. I am a single asian male at the age of 22 trying expand my horizon. I am a currently a college student that enjoys going out often with my friends (mostly just guys ☹). I am the shy type so its hard for me to hit on girls. So I was wondering if there were any specific type of combination of sprays that help go from shy guy to sky high. Does anyone have any combinations that they would recommend for either going clubing or just hanging around college campus? ---

Hi Zunghn and welcome to Pherotalk. In most circumstances I would not hesitate to recommend Ammo and/or an Ammo/[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) combo. Both are great starter pheros that are hard to go wrong with if you follow the basic steps in Steve’s “Sweet Spot Guide” in Men’s. Ammo is a well balanced sexual/social/attraction phero that will also help give you a healthy confidence boost, whilst IS gives a social/happy/good to be around impression that complements the Ammo superbly. Now, the awkward bit! - I believe there are specific issues regarding pheros and Asian folk and I don’t know enough about that yet to say much, so I hope someone with more knowledge will be along to offer their advice soon. I understand that at its simplest and most general, it seems that asian women more sensitive to Androstenone than other racial groups. However, the socials like IS, IO, IH and IG are well tolerated and can be used to moderate the effect of none to a a more sociable level. In the meantime, you could do a lot worse than have a search in Men’s for some of the past threads about this. Hello Zunghn, Wecome to the forum. Judging from what you have said, I think you could benefit from from [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and IO. They are 2 social products. IS helps elevate your mood as well as the people around you. IO can help encourage chattiness. It also can make you seem more approachable. AMMO is another great product as mobcaster mentioned. What type of women are you trying to attract? Asain, white… I do suggest you look through the thread below. Jayarea is around your age and did alot of testing while on campas. He is a respected tester and has one of the most subscribed to journals in the forum. He has done alot of work for you.
