If you check out the mens section its full of unbiased feedback on using different pheromones. I definitely see different behavior from others when I use some. Also the self effects are undeniable. BTW if you tell us more about yourself we would be able to help guide you better. For example where did you plan to use them and for what purpose? Looking to attract women, do well at work, spice up your love life with that special someone? Hi Again… I guess I have to write 2 paragraphs. Should have read the rules the first time. I’m a middle aged guy from California. I’m curious if these Pheromones will actually do anything. I tried once before with a cologne. I had a couple of girlfriends ask what I was wearing. One bought me a new cologne haha. So, I don’t know if the pheromones worked but NONE of the women who commented on it liked the smell. I stopped wearing it. I don’t go out much socially. I’m a busy working man but wanted to try the stuff for when I go out on dates. I’m also curious if I notice a difference with some old girlfriends I see occasionally. My interests are mostly in traveling and my work. I’m hoping this stuff will help make things more obvious. It seems there is just so much vagueness in meeting others. It would be nice to get to a sense of connection or not a bit quicker. I’ll let you know if I think there is a difference. In the meantime, let me know what’s working. Thanks for readin ---

Hi there Curious! Welcome to the mone forum!!! This is a good place to start your testing of mones. With your Gift Certificate, you can get a couple of mones, in the Togo and see how they work out for you. As to the scent that is used, well, most have a default scent of [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/). For me, it’s a masculine inclined citrusy scent. AMMO is a bit different with FF21, which is a bit strong for my tastes. Though the mones that are in the product work well for attraction. The A314 line is Akuto based scent. When Layered wi… As to the mones, they do work, they use a scent as a carrier of the mones to those around you. For your particular case, I’d suggest IS and IO to get conversations going easily. If this isn’t an issue, then, swap out the IO with IH for a deeper connection with others while still getting conversations started. The IS gets me a self effect of satisfaction with myself, an easy going feeling with others feeling at ease to be around me with comments of seeming youthful. If you are looking for more of a sexually inclined attraction that you can maneuver in that direction, then AMMO would be the mone for you to pickup. I like the feeling of confidence to look others in the eye and the IOI’s from gals that are in my AMMO cloud. Initially, I would suggest [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and one or other of the socials Ammo - Confident, well rounded social/attractive/sexual with a good confidence boost. In fact, because of your age you could go for the “heavy” or 2x strength from the off bit it is advisable to find your way with the 1x version first but if it helps, my best dose at 46 is 2 sprays of 2x Instant shine - happy/fun/feelgood - great for meeting folk. IO - Conversation helper IH - Close/bonding 2x of either of these would be good economy, fewer sprays needed & little risk of OD IG - Suave/status Your age also suggests A314 oil as that is a first class work/social/status phero if you can work with it to be congruent. Not exactly beginners fare tho. Read-up first to see if you think its suitable. ---

Alot of good advice here already but in your situation I think you would get the most interest out of ammo, IS, then IO in that order of importance. I think that would give you the social tools you would need. If your looking to get into the respect realm which some women also like, IG is an alternative to A314 which is more subtle but definitely useful. ---
