Hi everyone my name is Kewin I’m 20 years old from London. I’m a full time student.I also work part-time in a GYM ( virgin active).At work I meet a alot of women I would like to see if there is any change in thier behavior.I would definatley keep you guys updated. ---

Hi Kewin, Welcome to [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) land! I was also a newbie about 2 months ago, and prolly still consider myself one hehe. I am in the 30-40 age group so I ordered more ‘serious’ mones, but at your age you can prolly get away with it with just the instant line (as boogieman recommended). Ammo and instant shine are great! Ok I’m a bit shy, definatley out going. I think when I’m with girls I choke a abit ( nervous).so if I’m in a bar and there is a girl across that I like unless she shows. Abovious signs on liking me I won’t go talk to her. My friends say I’m a bit funny.I the type of person that would think 3 times what the other person might feel if I say something.At work I just need Althing that will stand out. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Kewin! For your situation I definitely suggest [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for a strong, masculine vibe and openness to break the ice and for easy conversation flow.
