I am just learning more about using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I’ve noticed that women tend to be nicer after I’ve worked out, and would like a way to get that without having to do much morning workout everyday to get it. I don’t want something that may make other men aggressive towards me or make women be all over me, just for everyone to be more mellow and friendly. I’d like suggestions for any product that may fit, and maybe combinations too. I am 30 and live in California. ---

Well, as well as the natural healthy glow and increased metabolic functions that follow exercise, it can stimulate the production of certain pheros. There is however no phero that will automatically make women crawl all over you but every so often you can hit a certain mix in the right situation alongside the right personal presentation with someone everything clicks with and it can happen. The rest of the time pheros send a more minor signal that just helps you open-up to people and let things take their course in a more reliable fashion. To that end, I’d suggest you look into Ammo, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), IG and maybe IO. Ammo is a balanced all round attractant, based on equal portions of Androstenone, Androstenol and Androsterone. This projects a well rounded social and masculine feel with a good underlying sexyness. It is not overpowering and can be used in most situations with few issues. You will need to do a bit of work to find your best dose and the Summer Ammo alternative has IMO the far better scent and a couple of extra components that make it more pleasant and laid-back/comforting, which is good around younger women. Instant Shine - Happy, feelgood and socially confident. Helps make you very good to be around. An excellent all round mix that combines superbly with Ammo and many other pheros. IG - Androsterone based, this is a smart/sociable/suave status mix that helps make a very good impression. You don’t say your age but this one has a younger feel and is not so likely to appear severe and daunting which can happen to younger women around A314. IO - Mainly Alpha Androstenol, this is a bright/bubbly social mix that promotes flowing conversation and helps you approach and be more approachable. ---

A314 is to radiate the vibe of a leader. If you feel like an alpha, of course you can use it. However, it won’t make people “mellow and friendly” as far as I know, unless you combine it with smoothening social products like IShine. Wait for more feedback, I haven’t tried A314 yet 🙂 I may be quite a confident leader, ending up in leadership positions whatever I do, so I assume I produce some of those mones naturally. But I never bought A314 because for my age IG is recommended more. ---

I am male, and I don’t want to use pheromones to try to get into a relationship. Sometimes it seems like men and women at my workplace keep getting uneasy around me especially when I try to motivate them when they are slacking off. I just want them to feel comfortable and productive but it’s hard to get both. I don’t want anyone to feel intimidated. Edit: My personality is a bit on the serious side, people usually get along with me but sometimes I want things to be more friendly while at the same time able to get people motivated to work. ---
