Hello and welcome to the forum! It is a good idea to start with the regular strength product and give it a test drive to see what your ‘sweet spot’ is. When you have discovered that, you can decide if you want to go double strength so as to be able to use fewer sprays, or not. Sometimes a sweet spot is 3 sprays, and having it double strength makes it hard to get that dosage applied.
