# Hi!

Hi! One day while I was listening to my local radio, I heard them talking about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and that greatly interested me. I began searching and I came across Pherlure, but however I needed more info, so I researched and eventually stumbled on this site! Yay! I’m a 18 year old Asian male from Canada, just starting college and I am having trouble picking up women. I’ve been trying to get attention from women but it’s just way too hard. I need that little something to get the women to talk to me. Hopefully this is what the pheromones will do for me.

Hi Welcome to the forum 🙂

Well my first suggestion is that you read the stickies in the mens area. They will really help you understand mones better and the products here.

Have you thought at all about which products you want to try? I think [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IO or shine would be good starters for you

Ammo will give you a sexy alpha edge. IO does what it says and helps to up the conversation level. Shine is a great mood enhancer with attracting qualitys.

Welcome.

The pheromones often help to add confidence and also to stimulate the interactions once they get going. You still usually have to do a little work though. Like starting conversations or indicating interest.
