Hi All! I wanted to say a big hello and introduce myself. I am in my 20’s and randomly found this site. I was looking for tips with talking to the opposite sex. I came here and started to read some experiences and I am impressed. I now want to try [pheromones](https://a314.com/) specifically instant honesty, instant shine, or even instant openness. A little more info is always great 🙂 (age, who its targeting etc.) But for a basic look ill say: IS is just incredible overall. It perks up mood, make a more upbeat atmosphere and generally can be used in any situation. IO and IH are both great for getting open communication. People just want to talk, however I have found that IO tends to be more jovial and ‘blabbermouth’ whereas IH the convos are deeper and things will be said that normally wouldn’t. All 3 of these have incredible effects that work both on others and yourself as well. I highly recommend these for anyone just starting out. Great foundation builders ---

Welcome to pherotalk! First thing first, be more specific. What exactly do want from mones? (Attraction,respect,status,etc) if you just want some basic consistent attraction from girls I suggest regular AMMO for you. As for talking to girls… I think instant openness can help conversations get flowing and started…but understand mones can’t do everything. You have to actually talk to girls 🙂 Good luck ---
