Hey there, So I’m looking for a little extra “oomph” in the social world. I’m generally a pretty closed off guy and I’m not putting myself out there enough it seems (been single for about a year now). I’m hoping since I’m having trouble going to the girls, this can help draw the girls to me and i can meet them halfway. I’m currently working as a bank teller, a semi normal 9-5 job. I usually go home and watch TV or play video games…nothing too exciting. I DO go out on the weekends tho, usually to a bar or some place like that. I’m not big into the club scene tho. So does anyone have any suggestion on what [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) to try? What are some Does and don’ts about using them? Also, say I do get a girl interested, do i keep using them after we start dating? Or should I stop after a little while? ---

Welcome Ryan. 🙂 For increasing your social presence and projecting a social.sexy.masculine vibe, I suggest you look at IO, Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). You will have to make the effort to go-out and meet/talk to people a bit more to get the best from pheros - Even the most effective mix won’t do much if you don’t back its promise up with attractive behaviour. IO - light/bright and chatty. Helps conversation along nicely and can make you more open to approach as well as maybe loosening your own tongue a bit. A mainly Alphanol product that can be worn just about anywhere. Ammo - All round social/sexy/masculine mix of Androstenone, Alphanol and Androsterone, so its well balanced and will give a sexual impression and possibly induce some cool/confident feelings in you but won’t make you seem like a walking hardon. Widely usable but maybe not in a bank - it does smell quite strong. Instant Shine - Happy/feelgood social, makes you feel very good to be around and again can have good although short-lived self effects. Combine with Ammo for one of the best youthful attraction mixes. Will also go well with IO but that might be a little too bright and happy! 😮 If you want something for work, IG is a youthful/smart status product based on Androsterone that is good for a young guy going places and will work well with IO, IS and/or Ammo, or A314 is a much more mature/serious trust and respect product again based on Androsterone but steered very differently - It is good in professional environments but may not be so usable out of work at your age. Although plenty of younger guys do well with just a small amount of A314 alongside Ammo to underline status. Scents - Apart from Ammo and A314, all products are in a light Neroli (orange blossom) scent that settles light and can complement most colognes. A314 is in light Akuto - a bit more musky scent and A314 is in a lightly modified Akuto-scented oil that settles very light, so is very usable in no/low scent professional environments. If you are thinking on more than four products, also consider the Newbies Kit - That gives you a togo of the entire consumer line at a healthy discount and your GC and signup bonus will count towards it. That way you have the widest range of potential combos to try for yourself. After you get together with someone - that’s something debated here occasionally. Some get their partners more involved in pheros and use more advanced combos to enhance sex/pleasure/passion, whilst others carry-on without telling them. Others still gradually wind-down their phero use as the interpersonal aspect of the relationship gets more developed. It is very much up to you to judge her to see what is best in your case. 🙂 ---

I’ll have to take a little while to think about what exactly I want to get before pulling the trigger on one or the other.
