Sup guys i have never used [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and im in HS. I want to attract girls and be more like-able/chatty what should i start out with how much should i spray thx ---

Instant Shine (2x concentration) 2-4 sprays; apply to each side of neck and hair. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (2x) 2-4 sprays; apply to wrist, forearms, and middle or back of neck. I would start with these 2 products. Instant shine will put you in a upbeat mood and make you want to socialize; Instant Openness will get those around you in a talkative mood. Have fun. ---

Yes! definately get [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) 2x this was the first product I tested from Androtics Direct and the first day I was already in social circles. This NEVER happened to me before I used it because I have social anxieties and it helped me with those too. I am a senior in high school and it definately works around younger people ---

seeing that you’re still young, stick with IO and IH, those will definitely get you going with the young girls in your school ---

I ran into people I knew from the 5th grade and we did nothing but reminisce about everything we used to do in elementary school. I think IH focuses on just talking about whatever is on your mind and wanting people to know about your memories and thoughts because that is definately the effect IH had on me ---

You might want to cover the pheros up with some kind of cologne or spray because I remember back when I was in HS, some girls complained that some of the mixes smelled like pee and I have to agree for some too ---

But yea, the product is definitely up there as far as unique hits, and combine it with the likes of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or A314, this dude works wonders on the minds of those in your vicinity.
