Hi, I’m Liz. I’m a 24 year old female and am currently living in GA. I’ve stumbled across articles about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) on occasion in the past and wondered about them. All I really knew was that they could be used to attract members of the opposite sex, but I was involved in a long-term serious relationship then. Though, looking back, they may have helped my situation. Anywho! I was browsing an e-store last night in search of a perfume and came across Pure Instinct. I really wish I would’ve researched it more before purchasing the product, but from what I’ve read, it at least smells nice. So I started looking up information on pheromones and I’m intrigued, to say the least! That’s how I found this site ( via Google ). I’m not looking to use it to try to attract anyone as I have a serious boyfriend, but I read that they could help in social situations! How exciting. I’ve suffered from social anxiety since junior high and though I’ve definitely been able to overcome it quite a bit, that fear of social interaction and just the general anxiety and panic that I feel has never left me. ☹ I’ve been using alcohol ( I know, I know ) to be more social and outgoing, but I’m tired of relying on that. It’s difficult for me to be in social situations or even hang out with old friends without being drunk ( social lubricant, as I like to call it ). So the idea of using pheromones is really alluring. Not going to lie though…that Instant Sexiness sounds awesome. Haha. It would be nice to feel more confident in myself as well. Maybe I’ll try that a little later down the road. Sorry for the novel! I’m just really excited to have found this place and to know that there are knowledgeable folks around here to help us newbies. 😃 P.S. Do you guys have any recommendations as to what I should try first? I was thinking of IO and IH. Or should I go with IS instead of IH at first? The only people I’ll really be around for the most part is my bf and co-workers. Thanks in advance! ---

Hey incredibore, I think you have it right on for social anxiety. Using IO and IS would be a good mix to combat this. Putting you and those around you in a more chatty and uplifted mood. I think that the IH would be good for bonding and connecting with your boyfriend, or job interviews etc. Up to you if you need it! The good thing here is that you’d be able to try these with the 25$ gift certificate and buying to-go bottles. This place wants you to do well with what they sell you in hopes that you can provide feedback, good or bad. If you report your findings there’s also alot of advanced products you can get access and discounts on! Be sure to read up in the womens section, lots of useful stickies at the top of the forum!! Hi there. Welcome on board. It´s great you found pherotalk. It´s great source of information about mones, with thousends of post writen by users. There´s a ton of info about every product around, how to use it , what to expect from it, peronal experiences with them… everything you want to need is here. And it´s also a friendly community, full of great people who love to share their knowledge. Not sure what to advice. I´ve never used any women´s products or bee arounf anyone wearing them, at least that I know… IS is kind of relaxing and makes people feel at ease. Not really sure, but i guess IS/B is kind of like AMMO for girls, so i guess it won´t do any harm to your confidence level. You can find some good basic info at the sticky threads in the women section. I guess you will find i tinteresting. Howdy neighbor! (I’m from AL haha) IO + IShine is great for social anxiety! Gives you more confidence and makes you a bit more carefree. I think this is exactly what you want 😉 ---
