# Hiiiii ! . . Any anti - anxiety pheromones ? ?

Hi I’m a female in my late twenties living in the west coast and I want to know which pheromone I should purchase for my ANXIETY…

I just want to feel relaxed and happy ,… A bonus addition is focus too but maybe that’s asking for too much teehee  
😉  
I work in a stressful environment so this is mainly for work.

I first heard of [pheromones](https://a314.com/) 10 years ago and purchased one on eBay a long time ago but didn’t work back then ;/

Any advice and or help would be greatly appreciated 😉

A lot of people have had great results with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It is a feel-good, bright and cheerful pheromone mix, that has the result of uplifting the mood and creating an aura of fun that others find hard to resist. It might be a good first pick for you.

There are other single molecules that have been noted to be uplifting and relaxing. There is an easy search option near the top right of the screen. Feel free to look around.

Thank you for the quick reply moon light bliss.  
I happened to last minute purchase a perfume called pherose since I’m into fragrances and read the ingredients and [human pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) was the las ingredient. I became intrigued and started researching online and stumbled upon this site 🙂  
Can you give me an example of single molecule pheromones ?

Shine is a great for helping you to feel relaxed, calm and bright.

If you are going to get the 30ml I suggest you get the grapefruit scent if you can which I find relaxes me even more.

I know TAF is good for concentration and focus but on my personal feedback is that your senses are heightened x 10 and you hear everything around you and that in itself might be distracting but you get a lot more done with a low dosage say 12.5 mcg.
