Hi Eder - Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 From what you describe, Ammo and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) are probably your best starters IS - gives a happy and good to be around feel to all your interactions, whilst Ammo is an all-round sexy/social/masculine mix that also gives you a healthy confidence boost from its none content. My social skills are normal i said 5 of 10, cause i am shy at the begining, but then when i talk a little bit, i talk a little more, but i dont have trust in me i am scared to approach them, clubbing its not my thing, i wanna use the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) at work and when i out with my friends, maybe i can have to mixes one for sexual attration, and other for long relationships. ---

If you are looking for pheros to help you at work and to qualify you as LTR material, then you need to be getting some experience, then looking at A314 oil! Its a subtle, complex product that hits in many unusual ind interesting ways but it is quality through and through. You will need to develop different phero choices for work and socialising - Sexually attractive pheros tend not to go down so well in the work environment as people often mask their feelings and if you are not congruent with their signal, you can end-up peing seen as agressive or that creepy horny guy. So look to sociable/status pheros for work and keep anything more sexual for playtime. It must also be said that pheros will not do all the work for you and you will need to take some steps to change your attitudes and behaviours to something more attraction-triggering when you are with people you like. Welcome to pherotalk eger! I agree that for your situation which seems pretty simple you should pick up a bottle of Ammo for attraction . IO to assist with breaking the ice and shine eventually when you get a feel for Ammo to kick it up a notch by pairing it with shine. **Your gc was issued! 😉**
