Hi everyone! I’m Eliza, a 30 something 😉 from Louisiana. I’m surprised to find myself here. My roommate has been trying to get me to try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) for a week and after being ambushed with a sprits to the face with only four hours of sleep I started to warm up to the idea. Frankly speaking, at first I thought it was silly. But I’ve used Instant shine for about a week since then and I’m surprised at the changes in myself. More stunning to me is that other people have seen a change in my attitude and activity level when I use it. So I’m here, still a little skeptical, wanting to learn more. Of course the Instant Sexiness seems too good to be true but I would love to try it. I’m here to learn and experiment and satisfy my troublesome curiosity. Are you outgoing, or more on the shy side? also, what kinds of things were you thinking of using pheros for? Work? Friends? Romance? What kinds of effects do you hope to see? ---

Hey Eliza, welcome to the forum! [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is awesome! I’m glad it was the pheromone you were first introduced to because its the most straight forward proof you need i think. Anyways, theres a wealth of knowledge to be learned here- check out the stickied threads in the Intro section to help get you started understanding pheromiones in general and thier uses, ect. Welcome to pherotalk Eliza, Gotta agree and say that im glad you got instant shine first because it provides self effects in a lot of people and really shows you that the products here are legit ! I love instant shine and it has been my top shelf go to product all the time and is great mixed with other mones as well. [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) has proved to have good results just make sure you pick A or B depending how you want to come across. A is more dominant aggressive, B is more feminine and girly. Curiosity is great and you will feel at home here as you experiment and share you experiences and ask questions from other users who have been in the same scenario you once were.
