Good morning all! I’m new to the forum. It was suggested by a friend after I was lamenting about issues at work and wanting a better way to deal with/get along with my co-workers. I’m a girl raised in a male dominate family and often have issues working with women, especially those older than me. Also, have issues with men (even my husband), acting like we’re in competition all the time. I feel as if they feel threatened by me. Could be my imagination, could be my straight-forward no-nonsense logical approach. I have no idea. Anyway, my sister friend sent an invite here and she has experience with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and thinks they really work for her. She may have lovingly suggested that, at least for work, I may need a little softening around the edges. Hi Fia, Welcome to the site. So I would take a look at the **Female Wardrobe Kit.** This would have everything you need to get started. IS/A might not be the best for you though because it is more in your face. I would start with IS/B as it is a softer version. **IS** This will boost your confidence and put everyone in a great mood and this one even by itself I think would work wonders for you. Also make sure to put your friends name down when you do make an order and they will receive credit on there next order. ---

Hmmm, well let’s see. I’m analytical and always trying to see things from all sides. I am pretty candid and forthcoming and tact is definitely a learned behavior for me, lol. I’m not a foot in mouth kind of person, but I have to be careful not to be insensitive sometimes. I work in a financial/tax environment. I love art and music and reading and eating and traveling and cartoons and movies and animals. I’m married with three kids. Thanks for the suggestions, I think that is where I will start. 🙂 ---
